Initiate Your Request
Log into your Frimino account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is unworn and unwashed.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
